Panteon — Angara (Live at Relic Room NYC)
The song tells the Siberian tale of the Angara river who runs out of the Baikal lake.
Angara being the only and most beautiful daughter of her father Baikal escapes one night in search for love. A bird told her far away lives a young man called Yenisei from the Sayan Mountains who has eyes like emeralds. Yenisei, already in love with Angara, comes to rescue her and they both escape westward. Baikal being furious after the discovery picked up a stone and threw it after them - the stone can still be seen in the riverbed where the Baikal lake and the Angara river become one.
