Evelinn Trouble — Walls

A hesitant mood and carefully chosen words characterize this track. Fragile like a newborn bird before its first flight, it speaks of mourning, forgiveness and inner and outer walls. However, just as every hesitation eventually dissipates, this bird also prepares to take flight and explodes into a breathtaking wall of guitars.

With "Walls," Evelinn Trouble releases the fourth song of her serial project "Season Indicators": every six weeks, a gem from her seemingly inexhaustible song archive emerges. According to her own statement, the aim is to create a vacuum for new things. After all, Evelinn Trouble has been around for almost 17 years, and quite a bit of material can accumulate in that time. And in February 2024, she will play the «Season Indicators» live on a national tour with her infamous All-Finta* Band and a trio of string players.
